An amazing day of biking on a perfect day. I have been trying to get into better shape lately. I haven’t had a drink of alcohol in almost a month. I have cut out all the ‘fuzzy’ drinks like Coke, Sprite and such instead I am drinking more tea and water.
I am feeling better as far as my energy levels. There haven’t been a lot of drastic changes in my weight but I have gotten a few more complements on my looks. I haven’t changed any of my eating habits which is the next thing I need to do. I haven’t gone back to the gym.
I am sure I will ‘drink’ again. I am sure I will not bike every day or every week. I just like where I am for now and hope it continues.
