When I was young, my father tried to teach me about photography. It was the 1970s. I learned on his 1972 Konica F SLR and still have it here in Hong Kong but haven’t used it in years.
I’ve been shooting photos ever since but mostly in manual mode because of the combination of aperture, shutter speed, and light sensitivity. It was confusing and still is.
I’m trying more to take the auto mode off and play around with the settings. The first attempts have been good, but I’m still learning.
Today we went to the University of Hong Kong to try it out more. It was great practice but more needs to be done. I just hope to get better.

RED BUTCHER
With the blood all around, I like the red but it is too much. I need to learn how to tone it down a bit.
CLEANING UP
The colour is a bit dark but still like the picture. It is also a bit out of focus which may have a good effect.
