Squidding crew
I had a unique Hong Kong experience on Saturday night by going Squid fishing (Squidding as it is called by the locals) with some really nice people.
My friend Horas and his boyfriend invited me along and I was a bit nervous to begin with. I was going to be the only westerner there, something I am use to being. I had no problems being the only westerner I was just a bit worried I would make others a bit uncomfortable since I know some people can be a bit uncomfortable with a westerner. The people were really good but a bit shy at first. I talked to a few guys there and learned a bit more about them. I met a few good people and are now Facebook friends. I hope to meet them again, but if they are uncomfortable; ill understand.
During the trip I caught 3 squids. It was pretty good for my first time. The weather was OK, as it was raining stopped then rain again. I love being on water so I was bound to have a good time and hope to do something like that again sometime soon.
