Since i have been on this trip, I have been waking up at 6 am and going to sleep at around 11. I have been staying in Hostels so I haven’t been sleeping that well. I arrived in Dali yesterday after a long bus ride from Lijiang. The road is under construction and only has two lanes. I was tossed all over the place because of the bumps in the road. I was also sandwiched in between two people and couldn’t move. It was a horrible trip and I understand why a lot of people prefer taking the train than the bus. The roads in this part of the country, are still under developed.
After this hard trip I spent the entire day sleeping. I I haven’t been sight seeing or anything, just sleeping the whole day. I hope tomorrow is a more productive day.
